Episode Look At: My Next Life as a Villainess: All routes lead to doom! Episode 10.

The episode at the start is a bit confusing as I don't understand how the scene started. Bullies accused Catarina of bullying Maria... That never happened... So expected happens, everyone came to look at the allegations and state that Catarina couldn't be the one. The scene was luckily short but still skippable as it is unnecessary drama. Group except Catarina discuss how did those girls get papers alleging things about Catarina. Maria is an idiot here and doesn't tell others that she sees dark smoke in the girls. She is even more stupid when she goes alone to investigate the dark smoke she sees. Yeah, she disappears... What do you mean, "that was the last time you see her", Catarina? She went missing like a week ago... Yeah can't bother to check what was the actual time. Also, it isn't like Maria is dead so why the drama.

They search for Maria. Don't find her. Then Gerald comes to Catarina at night and does have an ulterior motive... Writers can you keep your characters consistent. Only reason Gerald is here because bullies didn't know how gave them the allegations so Gerald suspects dark magic is involved. Dark magic bends people's hearts. Why did the dark magic user just bend Catarina's friend's hearts? Why dark magic user thought bullies where adequate plan?... Is student council president evil? He is the only character who hasn't shown his magic yet.

Catarina didn't sleep well so she collapses. After a visit to nurses offices, she goes to a park bench. President finds her. Catarina starts to wonder, why is he walking outside when classes are going on? Then plot gives Catarina some memories about a secret character that uses dark magic. If the reader fails in the visual novel to get him to fall in love, he will kill everyone. So, Maria has to fall for the president. Okay.

President admits to kidnapping Maria and says he hates Catarina. Then he cries, while he is casting Catarina into the dark realm? Episode end. Okay, this episode didn't have jokes enough to keep me very invested. The Plot is too meh without jokes. So hopefully, the next episode isn't super serious. This show can't do serious.
